PayResQ
Built for Indian D2C & SaaS founders

Your failed payments are recoverable revenue.

10–15% of Indian checkout charges fail — bank downtime, expired UPI collects, declined cards. PayResQ finds the recoverable ones, retries them at the right moment, routes around outages, and drafts the dunning emails. Start with a free failure-rate report.

A recovery system, not a dashboard

Every feature is pointed at one number: revenue you would otherwise have lost.

Failure-pattern analysis

Upload a Razorpay/Stripe export and PayResQ classifies every failure — bank downtime, UPI collect expiry, insufficient funds, issuer declines — and shows which ones are actually recoverable.

Smart-retry windows

We find the hours your charges fail least and the error-specific retry cadence — payday windows for insufficient funds, 20-minute retries for bank outages — so you stop retrying into a brick wall.

Fallback gateway routing

When your primary gateway throws 5xx or BANK_DOWN, replay the charge through a secondary provider automatically. The single highest-ROI fix for Indian downtime.

AI dunning emails

Auto-drafted, on-brand recovery emails per failure reason — a gentle nudge for OTP failures, a payday reminder for low balance — sent on the right schedule.

Tuned to Indian quirks

UPI mandate expiries, bank-specific downtime, OTP/3DS friction, payday cash cycles — the recovery playbook is built for how Indian payments actually fail, not a generic US template.

Recovered-revenue tracking

A weekly digest of exactly how much PayResQ clawed back, by gateway and method, so the ROI is never a mystery.

“We were writing off failed UPI charges as lost. Turns out a third came back with the right retry timing. PayResQ paid for a year in the first week.”
— Founder, D2C skincare brand (early pilot)

Pricing that pays for itself

Most founders recover 20–40% of failed charges. If PayResQ recovers one ₹4,999 order a month, it has paid for itself.

Questions

Is the free report really free?

Yes. Upload a CSV export and get your full failure-rate report with no signup and no card. We never store your file — analysis runs in your browser.

How is this different from Razorpay's own retries?

Gateways retry on a fixed, naive schedule. PayResQ chooses the retry timing per failure reason (payday for low balance, minutes for bank outages), switches payment rails on the retry, and fails over to a second gateway during downtime — recovering charges a single-gateway retry never will.

Do you support both Razorpay and Stripe?

Yes. PayResQ is India-first (Razorpay, UPI, netbanking) and also works with Stripe for global D2C and SaaS. Pricing is shown in both ₹ and $.

Is my payment data safe?

The free analyzer processes your CSV entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Paid plans connect via read-and-retry API scopes only, with data handled under India's DPDP Act and GDPR.
