By using PayResQ you agree to these terms. PayResQ is a payment-recovery tool that analyzes failures and, on paid plans, retries charges, routes fallbacks, and sends dunning emails on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the transaction data and contact the customers you upload or connect. You must comply with your payment gateway's terms and applicable law when retrying charges and sending recovery emails.
Recovery is not guaranteed
Recoverable-revenue figures are estimates based on historical patterns, not guarantees. Actual recovery depends on customer behaviour, bank availability, and gateway rules.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, exclusive of GST. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability
PayResQ is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
