Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your PayResQ subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing founders@payresq.app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

New subscribers are covered by a 7-day money-back guaranteeon their first paid month — if PayResQ isn't a fit, email us within 7 days of the first charge for a full refund.

Beyond the first 7 days, monthly fees are non-refundable for the current period, but you will not be billed again after you cancel. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

GST & invoicing

All paid plans include a GST-compliant tax invoice. Add your GSTIN in billing settings to have it reflected on every invoice.
